The three partners behind G4

Xander is Partner and Managing Consultant at XDR Partners, a specialist consulting group with hubs in Switzerland, the UK and the USA, originally founded as Favere International. Since 2003 he has led the firm's executive search, specialist recruitment, management consulting, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and corporate and commercial advisory services for a global client base.

Earlier in his career he completed a specialist contract with one of the "Big Four" global consultancies as a Fractional Acquisitions Consultant, supporting large-scale, sensitive M&A projects across the USA and Switzerland. He began his career as a Business Development Finance Executive at Halliwell Jones in Chester, UK.

Alongside his consulting work, Xander is Chief Executive Officer of the UK Gastro Trust, a charitable organisation he founded to raise awareness and support for individuals affected by gastro-related illness.

Annie's journey began in Vietnam, where at just 13 years old she left everything she knew behind, crossing the South China Sea in a small boat with 33 strangers in search of safety. After time in a Hong Kong refugee camp, she arrived in the UK alone and was placed at Hampton Court House, a children's home in Surrey, where she spent the next five years building the foundation — educationally and emotionally — that would shape the rest of her life.

What's remarkable isn't just what Annie survived, but what she built from it. Rather than letting adversity define her, she made a deliberate choice early on to cultivate a positive mindset and take ownership of her own future. That mindset carried her through Queen Mary University of London, where she earned a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics, and through years of balancing work and evening study to qualify as a tax professional.

In 1998, at just 27 years old, Annie co-founded her first company, ATA Sunrays Ltd — an accountancy and tax advisory firm affiliated with ACCA and ATT. Today, over 25 years later, she is CEO and Co-Founder of ATA Sunrays and has grown into a serial entrepreneur with a portfolio spanning accountancy, lending and property investment, building businesses that bridge Vietnam and London on a global scale.

But ask Annie what drives her, and she won't point to the titles or the awards. She'll tell you it's about people — keeping them inspired, involved and interested. It's a philosophy she lives by every day, in business and in life, built on the belief that our beginnings don't define our future — our mindset, the people around us, and our willingness to keep going do.
